Ashley Costa is a Managing Director with Teneo Consulting. Ms. Costa has significant experience advising clients through major growth and strategic transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Teneo, Ms. Costa was with Accenture for over a decade, where she most recently led the digital business in capital markets across North America. In this role she was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, capability development, and coordination across Accenture Digital, Accenture Strategy, and Accenture Financial Services to sell, deliver, and manage digital work across Capital Markets clients.
Ms. Costa began her career as an investment banker at Commerce Capital Markets, a boutique based in Philadelphia.
Ms. Costa holds a degree in Forensic Science from The University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, as well as a degree in Economics with a concentration in Management from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
