Thomas Dyszkiewicz is a Managing Director with Teneo Capital. Mr. Dyszkiewicz has more than 15 years of experience providing advice on strategic transactions to management teams, boards of directors and principal owners of companies. He has successfully completed dozens of transactions for all types and sizes of companies, including large-cap and middle-market public corporations, financial sponsor-backed companies, and entrepreneur-owned businesses. His transaction experience includes a range of buy & sell-side transactions, restructurings, fairness opinions and debt & equity capital raises.
Prior to joining Teneo, Mr. Dyszkiewicz was a Partner and Managing Director at Washington DC area-based investment banking firm, Twelve Rolling Capital, which is now part of Teneo Capital.
Previously, Mr. Dyszkiewicz was a Director in the General Banking Group of Lazard. At Lazard, he focused on providing merger & acquisition and capital structure advice to industrial-focused corporations and financial sponsors, including leading domestic and international aerospace and defense, automotive and multi-industry companies.
Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Dyszkiewicz held senior positions in the aerospace and defense group at Morgan Stanley and at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the aerospace and defense investment banking group of Jefferies & Co.
Mr. Dyszkiewicz is a graduate of Miami University’s Farmer School of Business in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
