Vice Chair, Teneo Blue Rubicon
Chris Jones is a founding Partner and a Vice Chair of Teneo Blue Rubicon. Since the launch of the firm, Chris has taken a leading role in developing the firm’s consulting services and today remains deeply involved in advising clients.
Chris leads the Teneo Blue Rubicon Institute and has Board responsibility for its three components: strategy consulting, leadership coaching and the research programme. Most of Chris’s time is focused on strategy consulting challenges. He works with the team on high-stakes projects for UK and global business to help them better meet their competitive challenge, to help them to win.
In addition, Chris coaches our clients’ most senior executives in leadership communications as they seek to protect and enhance value from every conversation, from every engagement.
He is a former journalist with a 12-year career in the BBC, ITN and regional newspapers. From 1994 to 2000 Chris worked at ITN’s Channel 4 News. As a producer, Chris covered the genocide in Rwanda, ethnic conflict in Burundi and Sri Lanka and civil war in the Balkans. Latterly, he was Senior Home News Editor shaping the programme’s award-winning economic, social and political coverage.
